COVID-19 CANCELLATION or refusal BY organisers

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STALLHOLDERS

The markets will not be cancelled due to bad/wet weather, and will only be cancelled in the event of an extreme weather event. Because of our non-refundable costs we simply cannot refund fees. If the weather may not be ideal on market day please make the necessary adjustments to your stall to cater for this so as not to be a health and safety issue.

We will make a call the morning of the event, not before. If a market is cancelled by Paws at the Park on the day stallholders who have already paid, will receive a credit for the following event.

Paws at the Park withhold the right to cancel any stallholder’s booking at any time as deemed appropriate.

Organisers may be required to cancel the event due to COVID-19/government changes. If this occurs booked stalls may be rolled over to 2021.

Event organisers have the right to refuse entry to stallholders and may insist that anyone with COVID-19 symptoms needs to leave the event and obtain COVID-19 testing as per health guidelines.

Vehicles

Please note if you have requested a vehicle on-site it must be behind your stall - not next to it unless already discussed.

Public Liability

We suggest obtaining your own public liability from AUZI insurance - they are fantastic to deal with. We do not take responsibility if an accident occurs within your stall - so its best to be covered. You must have a current public liability insurance policy to trade at Paws at the Park.

Approved Products

We select stallholders to ensure variety and the least competition possible. Please ensure you only have products for sale that have been approved through your application. We unfortunately must turn away a large number of applicants, and it is not fair to then have similar products to theirs sold without our knowledge.

Stall Placement

Placement of stallholders will be at the discretion of the organisers. Site fees do not guarantee stallholders a binding hold on a particular site within the market, and stallholders must follow the direction of the organisers where required.

Friendly vibes

Paws at the Park prides itself on being a friendly and welcoming market - no negativity regarding other stallholders (including their products/services) will be tolerated. Please do not attempt to move attendees from other stalls to your own.

Powered sites

If using power you must bring your own tested and tagged 240V leads and power boards. Please ensure your leads are 10-20m long. Unfortunately no spare leads will be available.
